In response to recent COVID-19 concerns, we are writing to assure our clients that we are taking recommended precautions.
We are currently open for business with normal operating hours amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As a hospital we already have strict disinfecting/cleaning protocols in place, but we have increased our efforts during this time. Keeping our clients, patients, and staff healthy is our top priority.
We are offering concierge service during this time- we are asking clients to remain in their vehicles, and we will greet you at the vehicle to retrieve your pet for treatment. We will keep in touch with you by phone for treatment plans, updates, questions, etc. We do ask if you are sick with possible COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have been exposed to anyone with symptoms, or are under quarantine that you have someone else transport your pet if at all possible (or call the office to discuss options).
There is not evidence that pets can spread COVID-19 to people, or that they might be a source of infection. Please see this link for more information.

They examine animal patients, vaccinate them against diseases, prevent the transmission of animal disease to people, and advise owners on ways to keep pets and livestock well nourished and healthy.
When health problems develop, practitioners must diagnose the problem and treat the patients. Accurate diagnosis frequently requires the use of laboratory tests, radiography or x-rays, and specialized equipment. Treatments may involve a number of procedures including emergency lifesaving measures, prescribing medication, setting a fracture, delivering a calf, performing surgery, or advising the owner on feeding and care of the patient.
